Phoned on the Tuesday to see if they could fit a stair lift as my mothers had broken beyond repair, they came next day and it was installed the day after. They even took the old one away. The staircase is a bit of a challenge but the quote was done professionally and explained in clear and concise language and full respect for our mother, the principal customer.
