Excellent service from start to finish. Phoned on the Tuesday to see if they could fit a stair lift as my mothers had broken beyond repair, they came next day and it was installed the day after. They even took the old one away. The boys who fitted it were very professional and made sure my mother could use it before they left.

Recently had a stairlift fitted by South Wales mobility. Was an efficient and friendly  installation. All was explained to me and done with no mess or damage to my property. Very unusual staircase required a great deal of thought and expertise - something that the staff have in abundance. We got in touch to invite the company for a quote at our mother's house. The staircase is a bit of a challenge but the quote was done professionally and explained in clear and concise language and full respect for our mother, the principal customer. We had the stairlift installed within a few days with very little disturbance to the household. The price was very good and the best compared to other companies we had quote. Excellent service from the whole team.  Rob came and did the survey and took time to explain how the stairlift would be fitted, arranged for his team of fitters to come on the day before my husband returned from hospital following a stroke, they made sure that I understood exactly how things worked.
