Just like a car or any other mechanical peice of equipment, there is always the possibility that a fault can occur. Stairlifts are usually used at least twice a day and this puts a lot of stress on all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system.

Your independence and mobility are very important to us and South Wales Mobility will endeavour to get to your broken stairlift back up and running as soon as is physically possible.

If your lift was purchased from South Wales Mobility  and is still within it's warranty period then all parts and labour needed to get your stairlift repaired are covered. If your lift is out of it's warranty period then you could most certainly benefit from our Maintenance / Service contract which covers the cost of all parts and labour if you break down.
