Just like a car or any other mechanical peice of equipment, there is always the possibility that a fault can occur. Stairlifts are usually used at least twice a day and this puts a lot of stress on all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system.

Although stairlifts are designed to give you years of reliable service, as with any electrical/mechanical equipment it is possible that a fault may occur. This is why we offer comprehensive stairlift repairs including emergency call out.

We are even able to repair stairlifts that were not installed by ourselves on the provision that the lift was not self installed.

If your lift was purchased from South Wales Mobility and is still within it’s warranty period then all parts and labour needed to get your stairlift repaired are covered. If your lift is out of it’s warranty period then you could most certainly benefit from our Maintenance / Service contract which covers the cost of all parts and labour if you break down.   Excellent service from start to finish. Phoned on the Tuesday to see if they could fit a stair lift as my mothers had broken beyond repair, they came next day and it was installed the day after. They even took the old one away. The boys who fitted it were very professional and made sure my mother could use it before they left.
